Our Return Policy
We are happy to exchange any item for another size or style within 14 days of delivery date. The shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the customer.
Any item worn, altered or soiled will be returned back to you and not accepted. You can also choose to return your item and hold a store credit you can use at any time.
If you need anything else let us know and we can work something out in case you need an exchange. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. No refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

We only provide store credit or exchanges. Money back refunds are only available under unique circumstances, if size was sent incorrectly we will be more than happy to exchange this for you.
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE, WRONG or MISSING merchandise, you must contact us via email within 7 days upon delivery date; otherwise Bleu Luxury Boutique will not be responsible for defective, wrong or missing merchandise.
Store Credit and Gift Cards are valid from one year of purchase or issue only. After one year the credit or gift card will no longer be valid or able to be used. Store credits can not be re-issued.
Contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after your item has been received and email us an RMA form (see below). We will issue you an RMA number and address which you must attach with your return package. The RMA form must be printed, completed and sent with your return.
Items may be returned to our warehouses in Miami, Pennsylvania or Chicago. For exchanges coming from Canada and all international orders, you will be required to fill out a customs declaration form. It is very important that you fill this form out correctly. Incorrectly filling out the customs form will result to Bleu Luxury Boutique getting billed for unnecessary taxes, which will then get debited off the total cost of your store credit.
Please follow these instructions, on how to correctly fill out a customs form:
In the description state what you will be returning and specify that it is a "RETURN OF MERCHANDISE"
Put the value down as $1.00. This is a return it technically does not have a value, but customs requires any value there.
Your order must be returned within 14 days of being received or else it is a final sale. In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor. Accompanied by RMA form. Merchandise must have all tags attached if applicable
Print out the label on the RMA (return of merchandise authorization) form including RMA number issued to you and attach it to the front of your parcel.
After returned item has been received you will receive store credit or we will have processed the order for the new item within 3-5 business days. On the select cases we do allow a refund, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process our refund request. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the cost of postage for returning an item and for re-shipping exchanges. It's highly recommend that you refer to the measurements chart and encourage you to contact customer care if you have any questions about the garments.
***If you are shipping a return or exchange or if you fail to retrieve your item from your local post and it is returned to us, the agreement is between you and the post office, you are responsible for the return of this item, therefore it is highly advisable that you get tracking, if a return item is lost and not received by our office we would not be able to issue you a store credit or honor an exchange.***
